In 2022, I had 8 Mitsubishi air conditioners installed in my house. The 18000 BTU air conditioner in the hall, which was expected to work best, didn't cool properly. I reported the issue to the authorized service that installed the air conditioners, but they were never available to come. There were instances when they promised to come but didn't. As the weather cooled down, we forgot about it. However, in July 2023, we remembered and called them again. After some more delays, they finally came and conducted a pressure test. It turned out there was a leak in the indoor unit of the air conditioner. They disassembled it on August 11, 2023, but didn't provide any updates for 7 days. Then, they informed us in fragments, with several 2-day intervals. When they last called on August 26, they gave us two options: either get a new unit or wait for the repair, which would be completed by the end of September. It's been two years since I bought the air conditioner, and I've had to deal with this issue. When considering a brand, remember to assess the service quality too. If I had chosen Arçelik, I believe this wouldn't have happened. I hope the air conditioner will be replaced when the weather gets cold at the end of September.
