I installed a brand-new Mitsubishi air conditioner at my workplace, but I’m facing issues, and no one is providing support. Despite the unit being under warranty, I’ve been unable to get any assistance. It’s been days of contacting customer service, who only take notes but fail to provide any solutions or follow-ups.

This lack of responsiveness is highly frustrating, especially for a product of this caliber. I expected better service from Mitsubishi. I urgently need the issue resolved and for the company to fulfill its warranty obligations. Please address this matter immediately and restore faith in your product and customer service.
