Missha Eyeshadows Caused a Severe Allergic Reaction Requiring Emergency Care

After using two different Missha eyeshadows, I experienced a serious allergic reaction affecting my eye. Shortly after applying the products, my eye became swollen and noticeably red. The symptoms continued to worsen, and the reaction became severe enough that I had to seek treatment at the emergency department.

Experiencing the same reaction with two separate Missha eyeshadow products has raised serious concerns for me about whether these products are safe for use around the delicate eye area.

I purchased both products from the Missha store at Piazza Shopping Mall, and I still have the online purchase invoice. As a result of this incident, I not only suffered physically but also experienced significant disruption to my daily life.

I respectfully request that Missha thoroughly investigate this matter, including reviewing the ingredients and safety of the products involved. I also request an explanation regarding the cause of my allergic reaction, appropriate compensation for my medical expenses and the inconvenience I experienced, and confirmation that any necessary measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents from affecting other customers. In addition, I would appreciate clear information regarding the safety of these products for consumers with sensitive skin or eyes.
