Miniso BT21 Water Bottle Breaks After Single Drop from Couch

On November 17, 2025, I purchased a BT21 licensed decorated plastic bottle with strap (520 ml) from the Miniso store at Mall of Istanbul. I bought the product for my children and washed it before first use, filled it with water, and gave it to them. However, when the kids dropped the water bottle from the couch, the product broke immediately even though it only fell once. I don't find it normal for a product to be this fragile, and this situation has left me disappointed.
I'm requesting a replacement or repair of the product. I don't have my receipt as I paid in cash. This was my first time shopping at Miniso, and I didn't want to encounter a problem like this. I ask that you help me with this matter.
