Miniso Gift Exchange Denied at Kadıköy Store Due to Location Restriction

Hello, I went to the Miniso store in Kadıköy to exchange a gift but was informed that exchanges can only be made at the store where the item was originally purchased. This policy is extremely inconvenient and illogical in today’s retail environment, especially for a chain that operates under the same brand name. It feels like an unnecessary complication for the customer. Miniso should allow exchanges at any of their stores to make the process easier and more customer-friendly. I hope they address this issue promptly and revise their policy to provide better service.
