Can you demand the same price in a Miniso offline store if the item is cheaper online?
Prices at Miniso offline and online stores often differ because they operate as separate sales channels with their own stock, promotions, and pricing rules.
By law, an offline store is not required to match the online price, even for the same product. So you technically cannot demand a price adjustment.
What you can do:
• Ask the store manager to explain the price difference.
• Some Miniso stores may offer a discount as a goodwill gesture, but this is not guaranteed.
• If the offline product does not match the quality or description shown online, you may return it under standard return rules.
If you were misled:
If a salesperson claimed the price is the same as online or the product characteristics differ from what was promised, collect evidence: photos of price tags, packaging, screenshots, or notes of what the employee said.
If the store refuses to explain the price difference, misinforms you, or refuses to address a quality claim, report the issue on Xolvie to escalate it and protect other customers.
