Parimatch Deposit Missing After ₹400 PhonePe UPI Transaction
On March 5, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹400 to my Parimatch account via UPI using PhonePe through the live games section on the Parimatch website. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
After contacting Parimatch customer support, I was told that the payment was declined, even though the money has already been deducted from my PhonePe account.
This situation is causing significant inconvenience, as I have neither received the funds in my Parimatch account nor been given a proper resolution.
I request that the ₹400 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or that a clear and effective solution be provided so that I do not suffer a financial loss due to this failed transaction.
