Mini Countryman 2024 Electric Model Charging Problem Unresolved

I purchased a brand-new 2024 Mini Countryman Electric just a month ago, but it has been nothing but trouble. The car wouldn't charge on a 3-phase 11KW AC charger and required 15 hours for AC charging. I took it to Konya Köprülü Oto BMW Service, and after three days, they informed me the issue was due to a faulty part that needed to be ordered from abroad under warranty.

I waited 20-25 days with no updates and called the service, only to be dismissed rudely. Frustrated, I contacted Borusan Oto, which resolved the part supply immediately. After another 300 km round trip, my car was returned dirty and with only 23% charge. When I asked for the car to be fully charged and cleaned before delivery, the service manager said, “I’m not your car washer, nor will I pay for your charging costs.”

Who is responsible for this mess? The service’s unprofessional attitude? Borusan, for failing to ensure quality service standards? Or am I wrong for expecting my car to be delivered clean, fully charged, and functional? BMW needs to step in and fix these service issues promptly.
