I was thrilled to become a Mini Cooper owner for the second time last week after a great experience with my previous vehicle. I ordered my new car from Kosifler Samsun on October 21, 2024, and received it on October 23, 2024. However, while driving home from the Trabzon Kosifler BMW showroom that same day, I noticed a burning smell and smoke coming from the right side of the hood after just 10 km. I immediately took the car to the authorized Trabzon Dinamik Oto service center.

The car was inspected and returned to me on the same day without an official fault record. However, on October 28, 2024, the car displayed a drive system fault and brake system error, requiring another trip to Dinamik Oto. It remained in service until October 31, 2024. Unfortunately, the same issues reoccurred on November 1, 2024, forcing me to return the vehicle for a third time, and it remains in the service center for repair.

Having to take a brand-new vehicle to service three times in such a short period is unacceptable and has completely eroded my trust in the Mini Cooper brand. This persistent malfunction indicates that I have been sold a defective product. I am requesting a replacement vehicle to resolve this matter and expect Mini Cooper to provide a solution in line with their reputation for customer satisfaction.

I've been waiting for more than about a month, and it's unclear when it will be resolved. Because they don't know either. We buy vehicles trusting in your company's name. It happened to me, and it could happen to thousands of people reading these words and their relatives. When you pay for your vehicle and it turns out to be defective without even being able to drive it for a single day, only those who experience this trouble and stress can understand.
