I took my Mini Cooper to a BMW Borusan service center and specifically requested that the motor not be washed under any circumstances. Despite my clear instructions, the service team ignored my request and washed the motor. Additionally, I noticed scratches on the right side of the car after the service. When I brought this up, I was told that they had not taken photos of the vehicle upon arrival, leaving me unable to claim any responsibility for the damage.
This negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I expect BMW Borusan to take accountability for these issues and implement better procedures to prevent similar occurrences. Customers deserve respect and careful handling of their vehicles.
