Mini Countryman Stayed at Service 45 Days Without Repair Under Warranty

On 26/07/2025, I delivered my Mini Countryman to the Bodrum-Otomol service center due to a mainboard failure, and it has now been waiting there for about 45 business days. My car’s license plate number is 09H0237, and it is under warranty. Despite this, I have not been given a clear timeline for the part supply, and the process has been continuously delayed. I believe that a vehicle sold in Türkiye, even if it requires imported parts, should be repaired and supplied with spare parts within a reasonable time. However, throughout this process, no solution has been provided for the repair of my vehicle, and I have only been able to submit my complaints in writing without receiving a satisfactory explanation. I request that my grievance be resolved, either by refunding the cost of my vehicle or by providing me with a new one. Even if my car is eventually repaired, I do not intend to accept it. I demand that the necessary steps be taken to resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
