I have a 2024 Mini Countryman. On the morning of November 21, I noticed that one of my tires was flat. By the time I reached the tire shop, the tire was completely shredded and needed to be replaced. However, neither 'Borusan Oto' nor 'Kosifler Oto' had the tire in stock, which is absolutely ridiculous. 'Kosifler Oto' also told me I needed to replace two tires at once, bringing the cost to around ₺20,000. Why can’t I just replace one tire? You’ve been selling these cars for a year, and you don’t even have tires in stock. I bought this car because it’s backed by 'Borusan Oto', but this has been a huge letdown. Now, I’ll have to wait a month for the tire to arrive.
