For about a year now, my 2024 Mini Countryman E has been experiencing recurring mechanical issues. I have taken the vehicle to the authorized Kayseri inciroğlu service center multiple times, and many parts have been replaced at various points throughout this process. Although some issues were resolved, a new problem appears every time, and the diagnosis and repair stages take quite a long time. I currently still have ongoing issues, and I have scheduled another appointment for the vehicle to be inspected again. I would like to thank İnciroğlu for their attention and solution-oriented approach during this process.
All repairs have been covered under warranty, and a replacement vehicle has been provided each time. However, despite this, I am experiencing significant inconvenience due to these constant breakdowns. A car having this many problems is abnormal — definitely not normal. They recognize that it’s unusual and have even told me so, yet no further action is being taken.
I kindly request a permanent resolution to my issues and that my customer satisfaction be ensured.
