Miele Support Ignored My “Unverified Email” Problem, No Confirmation Link Sent

Even though I’ve previously shopped through Miele’s online store, I’ve been unable to log into my account for quite some time due to a recurring “your email is unverified” warning. I experienced the same issue a few months ago, and it was never properly resolved. Now, the same problem has reappeared and has been ongoing for about a week.

I’ve called customer service multiple times, and each time they tell me that “the relevant department will send you a verification link.” However, I never receive any confirmation email, and I can’t find anyone who can actually resolve the issue. No one follows up either. Because of this, I can’t access my account or make purchases from the online store.

I’m requesting that this issue with my email address (d***********@yahoo.com) be resolved immediately and that Miele’s customer service provide real assistance instead of repeating the same response. The fact that such a simple problem remains unresolved makes me question how reliable their support would be if a more serious issue occurred in the future.
