Hotmail Password Reset Failing — Code Not Reaching My Phone

For about a month, I’ve been unable to access my Hotmail account (s*************@hotmail.com)**. Even though I’m entering the correct password, the system does not accept it.

When I try to use the “Reset password” option, the verification code is never sent to my registered and current phone number. Each time I attempt the process, I receive the warning “There’s a problem, please try another method,” yet no alternative option is provided.

My account contains important personal and work-related information. I have also tried logging in from different devices and contacting Microsoft customer service, but I have not been able to reach anyone who can resolve the issue.

I urgently request that access to my account be restored and that the verification code be sent to me as soon as possible.
