Unable to Reset Password on Active Stardoll Account – No Reset Link Received

I forgot the password to my Stardoll account and tried using the "forgot password" option to reset it. Although I entered my registered email address, I never received a reset link. My account is still active, and my email address is verified, so there’s no reason this should be happening. This technical issue has been ongoing for a while and remains unresolved. It’s frustrating not to have access to my account and to not receive any support from Stardoll on this. I need immediate assistance to regain access to my account and urge Stardoll to resolve this technical error promptly.
