Miele Service Has Ruined My Blizzard Vacuum
I bought a red Miele Blizzard series vacuum cleaner, but it arrived scratched on the side. I filed a complaint and sent the unused vacuum to the service center for inspection. After two months, the package arrived, albeit in poor condition, with torn boxes. I was filled with regret when I opened it. The Miele vacuum had scratches and sticky residue on it, and the dust compartment was full. I contacted customer service once more, but they were unhelpful this time, blaming the service center rather than finding a solution. After speaking with the service center, they requested that I return it for correction. I carefully wrapped it in layers and sent it off. The vacuum was returned after 20 days in even worse condition, as if it had been used for a decade, with scratches and deformities all over. It's incredible that their service note claims the machine is in good working order. This entire situation is a shambles. Every time I sent it back, they returned it in worse condition. Miele's extensive service network does not equate to effective solutions. Think twice before buying from them—money isn't easy to come by.
