I purchased a one-month MidJourney subscription for $30 in December, expecting it to end automatically after the month was up. However, on January 11, MidJourney renewed my subscription without my permission and charged $30 to my credit card without notifying me.
I never intended to continue my membership, which is why I did not manually renew it. Despite this, MidJourney still took money from my account without my consent. This is completely unacceptable!
I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. If this issue is not resolved, I will not consider using MidJourney again in the future. Please return my money as soon as possible—I did not authorize this payment!
