MidJourney Charged $10 Monthly Without My Consent After a 1-Month Trial

I initially signed up for a 1-month trial with MidJourney, expecting no further charges. However, I later discovered that $10 has been withdrawn from my account every month without my consent. Over time, this has added up to $100, excluding taxes. This is unacceptable, as I did not authorize or receive any notification about these recurring charges.

I demand a full refund for all the months I did not use the service. MidJourney’s lack of transparency and unauthorized billing practices are deeply frustrating and unprofessional. Please address this issue immediately, stop any further withdrawals from my account, and process the refund for the unused months. Customers deserve better communication and control over their subscriptions.
