I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Midjourney. I had never even heard of this AI platform before, and certainly never signed up for any membership. Yet, somehow, they charged ₺115 from my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I never received any confirmation email, approval message, or notification asking for authorization before they took my money.
How is it even legal for Midjourney to pull money from someone's card without clear consent or a verified signup? I feel completely scammed and betrayed. I had no prior relationship with them — no trial, no subscription, nothing!
I demand that Midjourney immediately refund the ₺115 they wrongfully charged me and explain how this unauthorized transaction was even possible. Companies handling payments need to be held accountable for unauthorized charges. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently!
