MyIQ Renewed Membership Without Permission and Charged 29 USD

I previously purchased what I believed to be a one-time membership on the Myiq website. However, on November 21, 2025, my membership was renewed without my approval, notification, or request, and 29.00 USD was charged to my Denizbank card.

When I purchased the membership, there was no clear warning or noticeable disclosure indicating that it would automatically renew. Despite this, my card information was stored and used without my consent, and the charge was made with no prior notification. This is both a breach of trust and a situation that has caused me significant inconvenience. I have not yet been able to reach Myiq or my bank, and I cannot resolve this issue on my own.

I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized 29.00 USD charge and a full refund to my card.
