MidJourney Charged Me $115.20 for a Yearly Plan but Denied My Subscription
I attempted to purchase a one-month MidJourney subscription on their website but was mistakenly charged $115.20 for a yearly plan instead. To make matters worse, the website indicated that my card was declined, stating, “Payment unsuccessful.” I even received an email confirming the payment failure and requesting updated billing information. However, shortly after, I received a notification from my bank confirming a payment of ₺4,210.31 (equivalent to $115.20) to MidJourney Inc.
Despite the payment being processed, my subscription does not appear active. When I tried to access my account, it still shows that no payment has been made. I attempted to cancel the subscription and contacted support, but only received a generic response about delays due to high volume.
MidJourney, this is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund or activation of my subscription. Your lack of communication and system errors are frustrating and unprofessional. Please resolve this issue promptly.
