I recently attempted to make a purchase on Midasbuy via bank transfer. Unfortunately, I accidentally transferred the amount with a ₺0,09 shortfall. I understand that because of this small discrepancy, my in-game package was not delivered.
However, despite sending my bank receipt and explaining the situation in detail since this morning, I have only received automated responses instead of real customer support. I have made multiple attempts to clarify that the payment error was minor and that I simply want my money refunded, but no helpful action has been taken.
This has caused me both financial inconvenience and emotional frustration. A small mistake like this should not lead to complete silence from a support team. I expect Midasbuy to review my payment receipt, confirm the missing package, and either refund my money or credit my account accordingly.
