MidasBuy Sent My Purchase to the Wrong Account—I Need a Refund



I made a ₺257 purchase on MidasBuy, but due to an ID mix-up, the payment was sent to the wrong account. The account it went to is completely empty and inactive, meaning no one is using it. I immediately reported the issue multiple times, but I haven’t received any response from customer support. This is incredibly frustrating! I can’t afford to lose this money, and I need a refund as soon as possible. MidasBuy, I demand immediate assistance and a refund for this mistaken transaction! Ignoring customers is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? I expect this to be fixed without any further delays!
