I made a UC purchase through Midasbuy, but I accidentally forgot to include the order number in the payment description. As a result, my UC was never delivered—even though the payment was successfully completed on my end.
I understand the mistake, but it’s a small detail that shouldn’t prevent a transaction from being fulfilled, especially when the payment can easily be verified. I’ve contacted support and explained everything, but still no UC has been added to my account, and no refund has been issued.
Midasbuy, I am requesting that you either complete my UC purchase or refund my ₺ immediately. This is not the kind of customer experience I expected, and I won’t let my money go to waste over something so simple. Please resolve this now.
