I purchased three items from Midasbuy, paying a total of ₺339, but I’m still waiting on a refund. It’s been two full days since the issue began, and despite repeated checks, no refund has been issued to my account. I expected a platform like Midasbuy—reputed to be secure and trustworthy—to process refunds promptly, yet that has not been my experience.

There has been no clear update or communication about why the payment hasn’t been returned. I’m left in the dark with no timeline, no confirmation, and no support from their side. For a digital platform that handles financial transactions, this lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable.

I need Midasbuy to process my ₺339 refund immediately and clarify what went wrong. I should not have to chase my own money for days. Please resolve this issue without further delay.
