Can't Access Outlook Despite Having Password – Verification Process Is Frustrating

I know my Outlook email and password, but I still can't log into my account. It’s ridiculous that a company as large as Microsoft uses such a flawed identity verification process. I’m being asked to fill out a pointless form, but I can’t verify my identity. All of my game accounts are linked to this email, and my recovery phone number is an old one that I no longer have access to.
