I Can’t Reset My Outlook Password Because My Registered Phone Number Is Outdated

We forgot the password to our Outlook account, and the phone number linked to it is outdated, so we can’t receive the verification code needed for recovery. This account is connected to several important platforms, and we’re now locked out completely.

As the rightful owner, I’m simply asking for help to reset the password. I’ve tried all the standard recovery steps, but I keep hitting a wall because the code keeps going to a number I no longer use.
