Aliexpress Order Return Dispute Unresolved

First of all, hello. I ordered tires from Aliexpress. They appeared to be good in the photos, and the description stated that they were suitable for road bikes. However, upon receiving them, the product did not meet my expectations and significantly slowed down my bike. The first order was placed on May 21, 2024. I paid 752 TL for this order, but only received a refund of 314 TL. The second order was also placed on May 21, 2024, and the dispute regarding my order is still ongoing after two weeks with no resolution yet. This means that although the refund for my first order was supposed to be 752 TL, only 314 TL was refunded. The disputes for my other two orders, one for 752 TL and the other for 1446 TL, are still ongoing. In total, a refund of 2200 TL should be issued to me. I kindly request immediate resolution of this issue and a refund.
