On October 12, 2025, I placed an order for seven brake pad sprays from the Beymark Yapı store on Trendyol (Order No: 10590751745). Despite several days passing since my purchase, my products have still not been shipped. I previously experienced a similar delay, and my order was canceled by customer service. These repeated delays have caused me significant inconvenience. I paid ₺234.87 for the order using my credit card, and my delivery address is in Maltepe, Istanbul. Despite contacting Trendyol customer service multiple times, I was only told to wait, and no solution was provided. As a consumer, my order must be shipped within the legal time frame. Exceeding this period has resulted in both wasted time and a loss of trust. Additionally, the lack of communication and transparency throughout the process has worsened my situation. I request that my order be shipped immediately; otherwise, I expect compensation for the inconvenience and violation of my consumer rights. I want my legal rights protected and my grievance resolved.
