N11 Canceled My Goodyear Tire Order After the Price Increased

I purchased a Goodyear Efficient Grip car tire through N11 with order number 202261495534. The payment was successfully charged to my card, but two days later, N11 canceled my order, claiming the product was out of stock. However, on the same day, I bought three of the same tires from another platform, Pazarama, and they were delivered without any issue. When I contacted N11 customer service after the cancellation, they confirmed that the item was unavailable. Yet, on the day I placed my order, the tire was priced around ₺3100 across all websites, and now the price has increased to ₺5000 both on N11 and other platforms. I strongly believe my order was canceled because of the price increase. The refund was only processed today. To resolve my grievance, I request that the tire be supplied to me at the original order price of ₺3100.
