Michelin Did Not Deliver the Promised Fuel Voucher
Michelin Turkey headquarters announced that they would give a ₺3,000 fuel gift voucher to everyone who purchased four new tires. I bought four new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 ZP tires for my BMW and applied for the campaign through Michelin’s website, even uploading a screenshot of my application. Michelin responded via email, stating they would review the receipt I submitted and provide the voucher code within seven working days. However, after this period, they emailed me again, saying they would not issue the promised ₺3,000 voucher, claiming the invoice was not approved—even though I had submitted all the required documents and everything was in order. I did not expect this from Michelin, a company I considered to be highly reputable and professional. I want Michelin to correct this issue immediately.
