However, after this period, they emailed me again, saying they would not issue the promised ₺3,000 voucher, claiming the invoice was not approved—even though I had submitted all the required documents and everything was in order. I did not expect this from Michelin, a company I considered to be highly reputable and professional. I want Michelin to correct this issue immediately.
