My Michael Kors Watch Failed Water Resistance Test Twice

I purchased a Michael Kors watch on November 7, 2023, which was advertised as 5 ATM water-resistant. However, it has failed to be waterproof twice now. After the first incident, it was repaired and returned to me. Unfortunately, it leaked again, and additionally, the inner part of the band has completely discolored.
I sent it back to the service center a second time, and they quoted me a repair cost of ₺2,905. I refused to pay this amount, as the product is both under warranty and clearly defective. I'm now requesting a full refund for the watch.
The fact that a six to seven-month-old product has been sent for service twice for the same issue, coupled with the discoloration of the steel band, clearly indicates a defective product. I expect your company to handle this situation appropriately, and I would be very pleased if you could address this matter satisfactorily.
