Mexc Account Restricted Due to Unclear Security Requests

On December 22, 2024, my Mexc account (UID: 66082801) was restricted, and all transactions were blocked. They requested a video verification, but it’s unclear whether they require me to speak or how exactly to comply with this vague request. Despite already completing security verifications and submitting my ID when opening the account, my access remains restricted.
I contacted customer support, but the responses lacked clarity, and I cannot even determine if I am speaking to a real person or an AI bot. They mentioned a one-month restriction and referenced permanent account seizure under unclear policy terms (Clause 3, Article 5). This situation is deeply frustrating and unfair.
Previously, I faced a similar issue with another platform where funds were locked, leading to legal action. If Mexc fails to resolve this promptly and restore my access, I will file a criminal complaint and escalate the matter publicly. I demand an immediate resolution to this unjust restriction.
