MEXC Price Not Moving? Huge XNL/USDT Gap Compared to KuCoin

On October 31 around 18:00, I attempted to sell XNL on the XNL/USDT trading pair on the MEXC exchange. At the same time, I also had XNL on both KuCoin and MEXC. While the price of XNL on KuCoin rose from 0.012 to 0.2, the price on MEXC stayed fixed at 0.017, creating a significant price gap. My sell order was placed at 0.02, but because the price on MEXC never moved up, my order didn’t execute.
As a result, I had to transfer my XNL to KuCoin and sell it there at a much lower price, which caused me financial loss.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such a price discrepancy. I have not yet contacted MEXC customer service. I have screenshots related to the issue. I am requesting compensation for the loss I incurred.
