On October 6, 2025, around 3:00 PM, I tried to close my COAI/USDT futures position via the MEXC iOS app. While my position was around -30% to -40%, I repeatedly pressed the “Quick Close” button, but the order didn’t execute, and the system didn’t respond at all. The price was nowhere near the liquidation level, so the trade should have closed instantly using the quick-close feature.
This was an extremely disappointing and unexpected experience from MEXC Exchange. I ended up losing $71, which is a significant amount for me as a student. Shortly after the failed attempt, my position was liquidated, and I lost the full amount. I’ve faced minor technical issues before, but never such a major loss.
I’ve always trusted MEXC as a reliable trading platform, but this incident has seriously damaged my confidence. I tried contacting MEXC customer support, but I couldn’t get through to anyone. I can share my account details with an authorized representative if needed.
I urgently request that my case be reviewed and my loss of $71 be compensated, as this situation caused real financial and emotional distress.
