MEXC Global Matched My Wrong Linea USDT Order

I have been involved in the crypto market for 4 years and have been a long-time customer of MEXC Global, where I have carried out countless transactions. On August 18, 2025, at 13:00, in the Linea/USDT trading pair under the pre-market section, I mistakenly placed a buy order of 100 USDT for 1 Linea coin, which had not yet been launched on the market. At the time, the coin’s price was around 0.057 USDT, and I assumed no one would place a sell order at such a high price. However, my buy order matched with a sell order for 1 Linea coin at 100 USDT, and the transaction went through. I immediately contacted live customer service on the MEXC platform and explained that the transaction was a mistake and requested it to be canceled, but I received only a standard response saying, “Once matched, the transaction cannot be canceled,” with no solution provided. As a result of this transaction executed through my spot wallet, I suffered a loss of 100 USDT. Who would place a sell order of 100 USDT for a coin trading at 0.057 USDT in the pre-market? I am clearly at a loss. UID: 31059***. I request that this issue be resolved, the transaction canceled, and my funds refunded.
