Metin2 Lucifer Server Charged 449 EP But Account Could Not Be Opened
On March 2, 2025, at 01:37, I attempted to open an account on the Lucifer server. The system clearly stated that a minimum of 449 EP was required. I purchased the EP as instructed, but when I tried to create the account, it simply didn’t work.
If the server is closed or not accepting new accounts, why does the system allow players to purchase EP in the first place? This is misleading and unfair. You cannot display the EP purchase screen and then block the process right after payment.
I feel cheated because I spent money for something that was never delivered. I demand either that the account creation process be fixed immediately or that my EP be refunded in full. Players should not be tricked into spending money when the service itself is unavailable.
