I Face Lost Access to My Old Metin2 Lucifer Server Account After Login Error

I can no longer access my old Metin2 account on the Lucifer server. I was actively playing when I got logged out, and upon trying to log back in, I kept receiving an “invalid login” error. This has happened once before, but it corrected itself after two days.

To test whether I could log in using mobile internet on my phone, I accidentally created a new account using the same email and password as my original account. Now, whenever I try to log in, I am redirected only to this newly created account, and I have completely lost access to my original Lucifer server account.

I am requesting assistance in recovering my old account, as it contains all my progress and effort. Losing access to it due to a login issue and accidental duplicate registration is extremely frustrating.
