I transferred money to Midasbuy for a purchase, but my balance shows as “inactive” and is not available for use. The system claims there’s a conflict because two Gmail accounts are somehow associated with the same account, which I never authorized or intentionally set up. Clearly, there’s a problem with how email addresses are linked on Midasbuy’s system.
I paid real money, yet I can’t access the balance I’m entitled to. This is beyond frustrating. I need Midasbuy to review my account, unlink any mistaken or duplicate email connections, and immediately make my balance active again. Also, forcing customers to write a complaint in 250+ characters is unreasonable. Let us report our issues clearly and briefly without unnecessary barriers.
