I Face EP Top-Up Issue And Ticket Purchase Failure In Metin2 Ruby Server

On March 26, 2025, I attempted to join the Ruby server in Metin2 by topping up EP. On the main login screen, the tickets were visible, and I was directed to the EP page. I successfully loaded EP, but when I tried to purchase the ticket, it simply didn’t go through.

If tickets are not actually available, why is the system directing players to top up EP in the first place? This feels misleading. I spent money expecting to buy a ticket, but the game blocked the purchase after taking my payment.

I am now left with unused EP and no ticket to access the Ruby server. This is both frustrating and unfair. I demand a full refund of the money I spent, since the service I paid for was not delivered as promised.
