MetaMask Failed Transaction - No Support Response
I experienced a serious problem with the Metamask mobile app that caused me to lose funds after a failed transaction. On December 29, Monday at around 6:45 pm, I attempted a transaction on the Ethereum network, but the transaction failed and my funds did not reach their destination. Despite this, the amount was deducted and I effectively lost 1,930 USDT. One of the transaction details associated with this issue is the following address/hash: 0x5177d56a499bcce321bc6711a8a665d1a27ad***. After noticing the loss, I tried to contact Metamask support through the available channels in the app, but I only received automatic AI responses and could not get any real or useful support. I was not given a clear explanation about what happened to my funds, why the transaction failed, or how this situation could be resolved, which has caused me serious concern and loss of trust. I request that this incident be thoroughly investigated, that my transaction be recovered if possible, and that my 1,930 USDT be returned to my wallet. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of what went wrong during the transaction and why I was left without proper support when I first reached out.
