Metamask Failed to Process My Withdrawal After Staking on the Harmony Network
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with staking transactions on the Harmony network through Metamask. After completing a staking transaction, I am unable to withdraw the staked amount as the withdrawal transactions fail. Unfortunately, my budget and transaction history indicate that everything was successful. The date of the initial transaction in question is April 1, 2021.
The issue is as follows: while my staking transaction was completed, the withdrawal process repeatedly fails, and I receive an error message. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and taking the necessary steps to retrieve my funds.
