I recently transferred ETH from my Metamask wallet to my Gate.io account (Transaction Hash: Oxc681e37ddaad39*21b0b78315349eec2e8072924365773d3094). Despite the transaction being successful, the amount never appeared in my Gate.io account.
Gate.io should have warned users about potential transfer issues before the transaction, but there was no prior notice. After reaching out, they informed me that the funds would be returned to the original wallet, but so far, nothing has been sent back.
Meanwhile, due to the delay caused by Gate.io, the value of my ETH has dropped by 18% in just two days! I have been using crypto exchanges for years, and I have never encountered such unprofessional service.
Gate.io, resolve this issue immediately! Where is my money? Has anyone else experienced this? I expect a full refund without further delays!
