Google Pay Charged Me Without Permission – I Need a Refund Now
When I woke up this morning, I was shocked to find that Google Pay had withdrawn money from my Akbank account without my permission. I have never subscribed to any services through Google Pay, and I certainly didn’t authorize this transaction.
The unauthorized charge occurred on March 26, 2025, and I have no idea why or how it happened. There were no prior warnings, confirmations, or receipts indicating what the charge was for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a platform that handles financial transactions.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount withdrawn. If I don’t receive a resolution shortly, I will be filing a formal complaint and pursuing this matter through every available channel. I expect Google Pay to fix this urgently and review how such unauthorized charges are allowed to happen.
