Mercedes-Benz Replacement Vehicle Problem
On September 4, 2023, I left my vehicle at the Mercedes authorized service after it was involved in an accident. It's been 17 days and nothing has been done with my vehicle. They stated that they were waiting for parts from Germany due to parts supply issues, which could take up to two months. So far, nothing has gone wrong, but since I have a complaint against the company, they should have provided me with a replacement vehicle. However, for the past week, the headquarters has been directing me to the dealer, and the dealer has been directing me to the headquarters, creating a frustrating loop. They refuse to resolve my complaint and claim that no replacement vehicle is available in the vast Mercedes company. I'd like to report the company's apathy in this matter.
