Torn Tires on my Brand-New Mercedes

My tires have been falling apart since day one of my brand-new Mercedes, which has only 30,000 kilometers on it. I obtained a report and took my vehicle to an authorized service center. They assured me that they would reimburse me 60% of my expenses. They did, however, quote me a price of 17 billion plus VAT for four tires, which is much higher than the market rate. I haven't been able to come up with a reasonable solution to this problem. The authorized service center referred me to Mercedes, and customer service said they couldn't help me. I'm a victim, and my tires are in bad shape. I'm using this car to transport passengers out of necessity. I'm waiting for either a new tire or a refund.

Hello, I called Mercedes customer service, but the outcome is clear that I can't perform a different transaction. I said that I wanted to file a complaint or objection, but I wasn't helped in any way.
