Mercedes Benz Supply Chain Problem
I delivered my vehicle to the Mengerler Mercedes dealership in Samsun, Turkey after my accident. It has been said that parts will come from Germany for exactly 3 months, but there is no progress. My vehicle is waiting in the service. They keep saying that there is a problem in the supply chain. They do not give an exact date either. I have also communicated this problem to Mercedes Germany, Mercedes Turkey and Mengerler Center. Mercedes Germany and Mercedes Turkey have only responded that they have forwarded it to the necessary places, but I have made no progress. I regret using these brands. They are only interested in selling vehicles.
