If you bought it through Apple or Google, cancel from your phone’s subscription settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions).
According to community posts, Apple and Google can only cancel purchases made in stores and not online.
To cancel your membership on their website, sign in and click "Manage subscription." You must do this at least 24 hours before the trial or renewal date to avoid being charged again. These rules can be found in Mental Impulse's terms of service.
Were you just billed? Request a refund via Apple/Google if it’s store-billed; for web billing, contact Mental Impulse support and keep screenshots, then dispute with your card issuer if they don’t respond.
Wait for a confirmation email after canceling and make sure the next renewal date shows "canceled."
If the fees don't go away, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
