Apple Store Canceled My Order but Has Not Issued My Refund

I purchased an iPhone 18 Pro from the Apple Store online for a one-time payment of $3,008. I canceled the order through ...the Apple Store on September 12, 2026. My order number is w1646550622, and although my Apple account clearly shows that the order was canceled, more than 15 days have passed and th
